Landscape Assessment and Manual
Your landscaping might be one of the more valuable aspects of your home. It is a living asset that requires proper care. Turfgrass and soil management, proper pruning techniques, weed control, mulching, pest management, fertilization, and adequate irrigation all ensure your landscape thrives. It takes a team.
Landscape gardeners and crews are valuable in providing some of this care. But often, as a homeowner or Estate Manager, you must figure out when, how, and whether the landscape details have been handled.
In addition to proper maintenance and documentation, there’s often a layer of missed design aesthetics. The original intent is usually lost with too-high hedges (or worse, shrubs trimmed into balls) and mismatched seasonal colors that don’t flow with the next season's flowering shrubs.
It's time to bring in the professionals. Kelly Dixon’s unique blend of experience—a landscape architecture degree, a former California landscape contractor license, and over 30 years of award-winning residential landscape design, construction, and maintenance management, paired with her private service experience—will instill confidence that each aspect of your landscaping maintenance is professionally managed.
